DNA could free 38 sex assault, murder convicts

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – DNA evidence could exonerate 38 people convicted of sexual assault and homicide in Virginia decades ago.
The findings of Virginia’s post-conviction DNA project were released Monday by the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C.
